Concert FAQs

  • Yes! Accessibility to our concerts is extremely important to us.

    Arts for All

    Anyone who gets food relief through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and has the Oregon Trail Card is eligible for $5 tickets in our Section C seating. This includes P-EBT (pandemic food relief).

    Students

    Students can receive $5 off per ticket in Sections B & C.

    Groups

    Groups of 8 or more can receive 10% off their order in any section when purchasing together in a single transaction. To receive a coupon code for checkout, please email info@pacificyouthchoir.org.

  • All sales are final, but we now offer Purchase Protection for a small fee during checkout. This service is offered through a third party and full terms can be found here.

    In the event that a performance is cancelled or postponed, additional information concerning new tickets and/or refunds will be provided to the ticket holder’s email.

  • No problem. Please contact our office on a weekday for support. If the weekend of the concert, please stop past the check-in table and we’ll take care of you!

Tickets

  • Wheelchair accessible seating may be purchased for the exclusive use of individuals with disabilities who require these types of features for seating. The purchase or use of these accessible seating locations by non-disabled individuals is strictly prohibited.

    Additional accessibility accommodations may be coordinated with our office in advance of the concert by calling 503-780-1675 or emailing info@pacificyouthchoir.org.

  • Doors remain open throughout the concert, but we ask for you to wait to find your seat until after a piece is completed to avoid disrupting the performance.

  • At this time we’re unable to provide either of these services. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the room unless needed for health-related reasons.

  • We kindly request all guests refrain from audio, video, and photo recording during the concert out of respect for the performers and your fellow concertgoers. You may notice official camera people capturing the event – this media is often released for future promotion as well as the benefit of our singers’ families.

    Families are permitted to take photos before and after the concert.
